This fee includes exclusive use of the venue, 9 rooms for 2 nights and basic facilities. The minimum number of guests required is 70. The Villa has an internal capacity of 100 guests. In case of a larger number, a marquee will have to be rented at a cost of about €20,800.

Catering

  • On-site catering starts at approximately €212 +10%tax per person, including a multi-course meal, beverages, and desserts. Custom menus and additional options may increase costs. 3-hour open bar for up to 100 guests costs €3,200 +10% tax.

Photography and Videography

  • A professional photographer on Lake Como typically charges between €4,500 and €10,000, depending on the hours of coverage and package details.
  • Adding a videographer can cost an additional €4,000 (starting price).

Hair and Makeup
