The first wedding of 2022!

After a two-year postponement due to COVID, the couple finally arrived at Lake Como to celebrate their love. They exchanged vows at the beautiful Church of Cadenabbia, followed by a delightful boat tour on the lake and stunning photo sessions with the bridal party at Villa Del Balbianello, while the other guests enjoyed a separate boat ride to Villa Aura del Lago.

At Villa Aura, guests were treated to a delightful Italian aperitif.

Upon their arrival, the couple was greeted with a traditional song, which we absolutely adore as we cherish the inclusion of different traditions in weddings. Continuing with an old Armenian tradition, the couple broke a plate for good luck and to ward off evil spirits after the ceremony, upon entering their banquet hall.

The reception took place on a terrace overlooking the serene lake, adorned with charming fairy lights that added to the magical atmosphere.

The celebration continued late into the night with joyous festivities.

Wedding Ceremony

Cadenabbia Church

The ceremony took place at the charming Church of Cadenabbia, nestled by the tranquil shores of Lake Como. It was a truly beautiful affair, commencing with a heartfelt Arminian flag ritual, followed by a meaningful ceremony lasting an hour.

Amidst the serene atmosphere, the priest blessed the couple, marking their union with the exchange of rings, symbolizing their unity.

A highlight of the occasion was when they adorned crowns, symbolizing their shared realm, a moment of profound significance and joy.

Wedding Reception

Villa Aura Del Lago

The reception took place on the terrace of Villa Aura del Lago, nestled alongside Lake Como, offering a stunning lakeside view and a tastefully arranged setting.

Two elongated wooden imperial tables adorned with abundant flowers and flickering candles imparted a charming rustic yet chic ambiance.

It was an intimate yet opulent affair, brimming with joy and lively dance, making it a truly memorable celebration!
